Setup tutorial for Cakewalk Sonar

1.Add ARPG8R to synth rack

2.Check "Enable MIDI Output"

3.Add a Instrument to synth rack

4.Connect the Instrument's MIDI IN with ARPG8R's MIDI OUT.

5.Turn on monitor(Input-Echo) icon.
6.Input a chord on ARPG8R track.
